Walmart built a campaign for Black History Month to highlight the men and women of color that have demonstrated true “Greatness.”

I teamed up with the motion wizards known as Igor + Valentine to create 5 spots for their “:28 seconds of Greatness” campaign that featured Kimberly Bryant of Black girls code and many other influential individuals.

Kimberly Bryant is the Founder and CEO of Black Girls CODE, a non-profit organization dedicated to “changing the face of technology” by introducing girls of color (ages 7-17) to the field of technology and computer science with a concentration on entrepreneurial concepts.

 

Tim King

Tim King is an American educator and non-profit leader, and the founder and CEO of Urban Prep Academies, a network of all-male charter public high schools in Chicago. King and Urban Prep have received national attention for the fact that since the school's first graduating class in 2010, 100% of its graduates have been accepted into a four-year college or university.
